For Customers

• The scheme is open to all loyal existing customers as well as the Customers who are going to book flat due to the present scheme;
• 1% reward will be paid to the referrer plus 1% to the referred post successful booking and registration
• Payout offered on sale agreement value of unit sold.
• The existing as well new customers will get the reward post registration, once Inspira Realty execute agreement for sale with the referred new customer; Existing customers buying additional unit will get the reward post registration, once Inspira Realty execute agreement for sale;
• Referrals outside the period during which the offer period is not open, will not be considered;
• Lead should be converted to sale within the specified period only till the scheme is valid.
• In case, if the same lead is referred by two existing customers, the one who has referred first will be considered for the referral scheme;
• This scheme is not to be used with addition to any other scheme promoted by Inspira Realty;
• The reward will be paid in kind or monetary as per the decision of Inspira Realty;
• This scheme is not applicable for the resell of any booked flat by the customer;
• The management of Inspira Realty reserves the right to refuse to accept a referral at its absolute discretion;
• This Referral scheme can at any time be withdrawn/ suspended/ modified or cancelled either in full or in part by Inspira Realty without giving any prior notice or assigning any reasons thereof and the same shall be binding on both Referee and Referrer;
• In case of any difference or dispute of any nature whatsoever, the decision of the management of Inspira Realty shall be final and binding on all the parties including the Referee and the Referrer; and
• The Referral scheme is subject to Indian laws and the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai.

For Employees/ group Employees

• The scheme is open to all existing employees (except employees of Sales Dept., CRM Dept. and MIS Dept. of Inspira Realty) as well as the group employees who are going to book flat due to the present scheme;
• Payout offered on sale agreement value of unit sold.
• Employees buying a unit will get the reward post registration, once Inspira Realty execute agreement for sale;
• The employees will get the referral reward once Inspira Realty execute agreement for sale with the referred new customer;
• Referrals outside the period during which the offer period is not open, will not be considered;

• The scheme is open to all empaneled corporate employees who are going to book flat due to the present scheme;
• Payout offered on sale agreement value of unit sold.
• All employees buying a unit will get the reward post registration, once Inspira Realty execute agreement for sale;
• Lead should be converted to sale within the specified period only till the scheme is valid.
• This scheme is not to be used with addition to any other scheme promoted by Inspira Realty;
